How to Talk to Dispatch

Ang Dispatch team natin ay nakabase sa ibang bansa - hindi sila marunong mag Tagalog kaya minsan baka hindi kayo magkakatindinihan. Para mapadali ang inyong pag-uusap sa dispatch, ito ang aming Tagalog English guide!

Layo/Distance

"Ang layo ng takbo ko mula sa location ko ngayon hanggang sa vendor. Pwede bang mareassign ang order?" *magbigay din ng screenshot

"The distance between my location now and the vendor is very far. Could you please reassign the order?"

"Hindi ata tama ang customer address. Ang layo niya sa vendor. Pwede niyo po bang i-check yung written address sa Google Maps?"

"I think the customer address is not correct. It's very far from the vendor. Could you please check it on Google Maps?

Calling the Customer

"Pwede pakitawag ang customer? Hindi kumpleto ang kanyang address - kulang ng building name/floor/house number.

"Could you call the customer? The address is not complete - it is missing the building name/floor/house number.

"Pwede pakitawag ang customer? Tinawagan/tinext ko na siya at hindi ako sinasagot." 

"Could you please call the customer? I have already called/texted and there is no reply."

Vendor Issues

"Pakitanggal ng order - sabi ng vendor hindi available ang "KULANG NA ITEM"."

"Could you remove the order - the vendor says that "MISSING ITEM" is unavailable."
